Shipping and Delivery
Once you place the order, your prints will usually be ready for dispatch within 3 business days. Once your order is ready, you will be notified that the prints are ready to be picked up or, a notification indicating that your oder as been dispatched for delivery/ post. When the prints/ frames are posted, you will receive a tracking number to track your prints

Framed Wall Art

International:
Currently we do not ship framed wall art to international customers due to restrictions in shipping wooden frames overseas and also due to higher shipping costs for bulky items. But our international customers can purchase 'Prints Only' and buy frames locally.
Cost to ship prints only is $35 AUD to any country
What if my print/frame is damaged in transit?
Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging or if your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organize a replacement immediately.
